Computer Science/IT Intern
This is an internship for someone who is interested in hands on experience in the world of software. We are looking for a computer science or computer engineering student who has an interest in software and software testing. Specifically, in this position, the intern will spend a majority of their time helping to test and validate software and identify bugs in newly developed areas of our current products. Additionally there will be opportunities to learn the ins and outs of working in a software development environment. Innovatum will give an intern hands on experience to prepare for a job in the software industry. The internship requires 20-30 hours a week with the flexibility to work any time between 8am and 6pm. Work will be done on site at the Innovatum office located in Sugar Hill, GA. The internship pays – an hour. A successful internship may lead to permanent employment with Innovatum. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Learn Innovatum software products • Work with other company employees to learn the software testing process • Execute software validation scripts • Document any deviations and work with engineers to identify problems • Perform testing on newly developed software functionality As a small, privately-held company, Innovatum offers a relaxed, yet driven work environment for the self-motivated intern to thrive.
