HOURS REQUIRED: At least 14 – 18 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducting research on the phone or on-line. • Setting up college promotions with the college media. • Assisting the publicists in promoting upcoming motion pictures through the state level media (print, tv, radio). • Assisting the AEs in setting up promotions – retail, club, etc. • Mailing out informational and promotional material for promotions. • Assisting at local premier events. • Locally distributing promotional items at events, retail outlets, etc.
