STScI announces an opportunity for a highly motivated undergraduate student with an “artistic eye” for the YAE Web Technical Internship. The Youth for Astronomy and Engineering program provides a supportive environment that encourages diversity in the astronomical and engineering community by increasing awareness to young women, minorities, and those with special needs. The person filling this position will be primarily responsible for reconstructing the YAE’s website in collaboration with the Information Technology Services Division (designing and creating a user-friendly site). The Space Telescope Science Institute is located on Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus and offers a stimulating work environment. Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.
