Question by Pepper Shaker: What are the highest paying jobs for a college student?
I have been offered several internships, but all are unpaid (I do not need to have an internship this semester). It is just not possible for me to be unpaid right now. What are the highest paying jobs for college students?
I have a part-time retail job, but it pays lower than the average, and I keep getting passed over for promotions that I am more than qualified for (friends of managers keep getting hired).
Trust me, I know jobs are hard to find. My dad has been unemployed for a year now. This is not my question.

You will be lucky to find any job right now. Employers have the upper hand in hiring any one they want and what to pay them. Even the minimum wage jobs are very scarce. Try registering with an employment agency to increase your chances in finding a job.
