Question by happier: Is it good to doing part-time jobs as a college student?
I am a college student and I spend much time doing patr-time jobs in order to help my study ,because my family can not afford my tunition.Can I still do it when I find it has affected my study?

Time management is all there is to it and discipline. You need the money, so you need to work. Unless you work for the mob.

as long as you do your homework and get good grades. I dont see a problem with it. Have you applied for fincial aid ? Maybe that will help.But if your job is making you tired or stressed by all means quit . Your education is more important than a job.

I worked all through college. Granted, I worked more as I got used to the idea of balancing it all out. Thats the key, blanace your time. Not too much work, not too much school, not too much fun… Good luck

If you’re starting to fail miserably, then it’s time to stop working.
But if you’re just slightly feeling an affect, then keep up with the jobs.
I worked a lot when I was in college, and when I graduated I found that interviewers like that I was able to handle both classes and a job (and a few extracurriculars). They like to see that you can handle more than just whatever else can, but you can do more.
So unless you can’t handle them both, keep up with the job!

I guess not as long as your manage to do things with your schedule and in times that you can’t be on schedule, you will have to adjust to lesser free times then..

if it gets 2 a point that it affects ur studies then i dont think u shld continue.. instead of helping u, ur part time job might just ruin ur studies..
its ok 2 have a part time as long as it doesnt interfere w/ur school timings.. if ur employer can help u adjust ur schedule, as per ur school timings then u can continue.. but if not, might as well stop.
