Question by AL East Rays: What are some good jobs/internships to hold while you are working your way through college?
I am looking for jobs/internships that pay around per hour. I need extra money to cover my college expenses.

I was paid about an hour to grade homework – working as a teaching assistant for a class I had taken the year before. I also worked in the kitchen, in the gym, as an exam proctor, and in the libraries. There are often a ton of on-campus jobs available – look around there first. And summer internships in the sciences pay pretty well.

it might help if u work in a place that is very close to the degree u want. like if u want to be a pharmasist, it can help if u work in a pharmacy during college. or if want to be a teacher, u can work as a tutor. even for business, u can work at likje any store, or as a car dealer.

Try to get jobs in the subjects you are taking.. That way you will earn as you learn.A job that is helping you achieve your goals is easier than one which just gives you a paycheck .. If you are not lucky enough to do that , then any job you get will help you achieve your goal..Good luck
