Question by Louise: What are the highest paying jobs not requiring college?
I ask on behalf of my boyfriend. He has no college degree but is very good with math, very intelligent, quick thinker, good with designing & art, pretty good with computer but doesn’t like to work with the public. What type of job generally pays well and isn’t impossible to get started in?

Have him start his own business. It may be a while before he gets very far with it but eventually, if he sticks with it, he could be very well to do. If that’s not good, then anywhere he goes, he’s most likely going to be in just an entry level position. He should just suck it up and go back to school!

A very stong candidate is Waiting Tables. I wait tables at a coffee shop and make at least $50 a day in tips alone! Trust me, this job is a must!

Tell him to go back to school, unless he wants to work for 8-15 dollars per hour for his life.

Sanitation workers get paid well, but it’s very hard to get that job.

If you really REALLY want to make huge money you must do something that others find hard to do
or that is dangerous–
Perhaps see my bottom confidence building jobs first then you can switch to the hard ones
Hard
1. selling Life insurance
2. ” stocks
3. ” cars trucks
Dangerous
1. underwater salvage
2. treasure hunting of old ships
3.Jump buses on motorcycles
Entry level to build confidence–More good ideas–you got to start here to get a bank roll and some intestinal fortitude ( GUTS )
1. waiting on tables
2. telemarketing
3. babysitting
4. yard work window washing and
5. loan officer bank teller
one other hard necessary thing to do is
to save 20% of what u make
–You’ve got to have liquidity and quick cash to take advantage of opportunities and buy property
Finally and do this at this instant
