where can I find college seniors looking for paid internships?
Question by Your Selling Network: where can I find college seniors looking for paid internships?
I hope to hire for full time. The paid internships is a good way for me to filter and keep those who really want to work and tap into their schooling.

Through the college. Contact the dean of the department. Unless you’re working a pyramid scheme. In that case no one is interested.

Post an ad on craigslist, and then call the career centers of local colleges and universities. You will be sure to see a response from either of these sources.

Most colleges do career fairs and events all through out the school year. At my university, there are a lot a number of “board areas” across campus, where companies will post up fliers about job info/etc.
I would contact schools in your area and talk to them about setting something up. You could get in on attending career fairs (most universities want to fill their events with as many companies as possible, they would be unlikely to turn you down). Some companies at my university even go to the extent of working with the school to setup their own event, where they hold a meeting on campus about jobs/careers/internships they have available (they present what their company does, what they offer, what they’re looking for, etc). I’ve seen companies like U-Haul, Amazon, and many others do this.
Additionally, a lot of big universities today have online resources for their students where companies can post job listings for careers/internships, and the students can browse to apply/etc. You could contact local colleges about these possibilities.
If you’re really in need, you can also go to the lengths of posting online (Monster, etc) as well as putting cheap ads/classifieds in school newspapers.
