JOB DESCRIPTION SMG is looking to hire ambitious student leaders for our paid Sales & Marketing Internship. Student Account Executives will have the opportunity to help business owners in their area develop marketing campaigns for the 2016-2017 academic year. Interns work independently and visit local businesses daily to sell advertising space within the planner and online. They manage their own territories and accounts, but also set and work towards group goals with teammates and managers. RESPONSIBILITIES Student Account Executives will: -Coordinate effective marketing campaigns within the Plan-It Planner and and assist with the preparation and distribution of all materials -Facilitate the research and acquisition of local/national partnerships -Collect, evaluate and compare competitive marketing materials around campus WHAT YOU"LL LEARN Students that complete our spring and/or summer internship program acquire an invaluable set of professional and personal skills.
