The International Recruitment team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the mission of TechnoServe. The ideal candidate will have an interest (or at least a strong curiosity) in a future career in recruiting, human resources, organizational psychology, or international development. The International Recruiting volunteer position requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with a variety of projects. The position is based in Washington, DC and reports to the Senior Manager for International Recruitment. The ideal candidate will work 15-20 hours per week for 3 months with the option to extend based on performance. You will need to access your own laptop. As the International Recruitment volunteer Intern, you will: Conduct research for upcoming recruitment initiatives Write job descriptions that highlight TechnoServe as an employer Help explore social media opportunities to attract applicants Research best practices for interviewing and hiring techniques and help to integrate these into our processes Assist the International Recruitment Managers in screening and interviewing candidates globally Maintain our applicant database and help identify stellar talent Ad hoc project support
