New York Habitat (, a successful International Real Estate & Travel Agency specialized in the Furnished Rental, Bed & Breakfast and Vacation Rental markets in New York, Paris, London and the South of France. New York Habitat offers opportunities, for individuals who are interested in learning the ins and outs of both international real estate and marketing. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Creating listings in New York, London, Paris, and the South of France, from start to finish, including photo selection, description writing & floorplan creation. Ensuring that all the listings are accurate and updating the listings availability for Paris apartments. Writing promotional apartment descriptions and learning how to advertise Real Estate products in a global market. Handling phone requests, connecting international customers with appropriate agents & completing other administrative tasks. Responsible for the final step in contract approvals (weekend only) by ensuring that all documents have been properly signed by all parties involved in the deal. Holds the responsibility to open and close the office (weekend only). Your profile: You are holding with a B.A. or B.S. in Business, Real Estate, Tourism (Bachelor is required) You are able to start as soon as possible and you are available on weekend (3 weekend days per month) You have exceptional communication and writing skills!
