A small but growing investment firm is launching a new fund and seeking 5 Interns. Each intern would work remotely, but there is a great degree of guidance including daily calls and weekly ‘Performance and Assessment Reporting" (on PAR). This will be a highly structured position with a clear career path only for individuals who are successful in their role(s). We want to train the intern(s) and promote through the following career trajectory: Intern: Start out on our Economic Research team gathering data for senior management. Assist in our marketing campaigns dealing with prospective retail investors. Contribute to our guided Social Media Campaign called ‘Quick Step". Pending success in the above, become licensed and move on to Client Liaison role working with smaller institutional clients. Pending success in the above role, move onto Internal Sales Assistant position. Working with larger institutional clients and supporting the Regional Vice President"s efforts in closing a minimum of $40MM worth of institutional investment deals per year.
