The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is looking for qualified students (advanced undergraduate or graduate) interested in being part-time staff assistant interns for the Special Events/Protocol coordinator in the Spring 2017 semester, and the beginning of the summer. The schedule is 20 hours per week, focusing specifically on preparing for our upcoming Arctic Circle Conference (June 21, 2017). This is a unique opportunity to work first-hand on a large, high level event, co-hosted by former Congresswoman Jane Harman of the Wilson Center and former President Grimsson of Iceland. This is a valuable experience for those interested in public policy, international relations, and events management. This position must be filled immediately, so apply as soon as possible. This internship will last from April 2017 – July 1, 2017, with the possibility of an extension.
