We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern who will work directly with the Director of Human Resources on a wide range of projects related to HR. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. Responsibilities: • Participate in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews. • Proper maintenance of employee files • Create new hire folders • Modify job descriptions • Assist with employee performance management process • Aid in benefit administration as it relates to open enrollment • Research HR initiatives and develop communication • Help organize various employee events
