Values | Excellence • Opportunity • Diversity • Integrity • Respect Internship Position Marketing & Communications Intern Internship Description The Marketing & Communications Intern will operate as a member of our Communications team to contribute to engagement of our Alumni network and the ongoing success of the platform. The Intern will help to design and execute Marketing campaigns and events, ensuring strong brand presence and positive communication and interaction with the international community and stakeholders, the Marketing and Communications Intern will work closely with the Head of Communication to determine Marketing strategy to support overall business goals and financial targets. The Marketing and Communications Intern will operate effectively, with integrity and uphold their role as an ambassador of the comapny. Key Result Areas: • Social Media: Schedule, and post on the companies Social Media and help implement social media campaigns to engage new and existing alumni and uphold and grow the companies online existence. • Design: Assist in design and creation of banners, social media posts, article & event headers, and other. • Content: Help with creating and collecting content for the platform to keep alumni engaged. Think of interviews with alumni or employers, blogs, articles, events, live-streaming / filming at companies and events. • Events: Assist in the organisation and operation of events. • Brand: Ensure your work is in line with the companies brand and is synonymous with integrity, opportunity and innovation and reflects their Mission, Vision and Values. Ensure the brand is relevant and connected to all stakeholder (jobseekers and employers). • Reporting: Work closely with your Manager, ensuring regular, accurate and relevant reporting of your operations and outcomes.
