The Global Grid is striving to bring foreign language environmental design news to its English speaking audience. As cities and towns continue to expand and grow, social and environmental issues such sustainability, crime prevention, beautification, and access to health care become more important. We want to know how environmental design is impacting Francophone cities. We are seeking qualified applicants for French Language Translator & Content Coordinator Internships. As a French Language Translator & Content Coordinator you will have the opportunity to find local news articles related to the fields of architecture, structural/civil engineering, landscape architecture, urban planning, etc., and translate the articles to English for our audience. You will gain valuable experience and skills, and we make all of our internships available for academic credit. This is a virtual internship, and although you don"t have to commute to our office, we still expect professionalism and commitment from you. We are looking for the best of the best. If you are creative, energetic, and eager to learn, and can commit to at least a six month internship; we want to hear from you! What to expect during your internship with The Global Grid? You can expect to gain experience in a variety of areas including translation, editing, and how to use WordPress.
