Responsibilities: • Setting up teammates with access to our online office, online scheduler, and email creation. • Authorizing teammates and training on how to use Passpack, our password security platform • Both training and permitting teammates on Podio, our Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform • Delivering excellent Customer Service to our teammates by solving technological problems with email, mobile, Skype, and break/fix incidents involving personal computer issues like storage, spyware, anti-virus, etc. Shaping the core Identity & Access Management (IAM) IT processes, including group policies and roles. • Using Sophos Protection web application for firewall filtering. • Supporting the front-line defense of networks and protecting all our confidential or non-confidential information from unauthorized access and violations. • Analyzing and assessing potential security risks and developing plans to deal with such incidents by putting measures in places such as firewalls and encryption. • Monitoring and auditing systems for abnormal activity and executing the necessary corrective actions to resolve these problems. Familiarity with networking layers in relation to IT security is a plus • Must be able to detect, catch and exterminate any viruses or bugs imposing on the Yarcort website or any websites being used by us. • Must be able to use Website optimization to reduce space size and cost reduction of IT infrastructure. Location: This internship is a virtual/remote internship. Sit back, relax in an environment where you can work from home, your local coffee shop or anywhere else with a secure internet connection and ability to meet on Skype. Timing: Immediately! Our internships are 200 hours which is approximately 10 hours a week for 20 weeks. Once you have completed the maximum amount, there are opportunities for advancement and growth.
