Roosevelt Square Holdings – Mount Vernon"s professional office building offering co-work office space – is seeking office administration interns for Fall 2018. The Office Administration internship is an opportunity for individuals seeking to gain practical knowledge of core responsibilities in an office environment. The interns will work alongside the office manager, learning how to be an indispensable support in any office setting and gaining first-hand experience in fast-paced and exciting office environment. Responsibilities Perform various administrative and operational tasks. Complete special projects/tasks in support of effective office and business functioning. Assist in maintaining calendar, arranging meetings, preparing agendas and coordinating arrangements, including travel arrangements as needed. Assisting with meeting set-up, including audiovisual and/or web conferencing. Developing detailed to-do lists to build daily, weekly and quarterly task-calendars; setting timelines and deliverables. Assisting with the design, development, and dissemination of information related to company initiatives. Assisting with project and event planning and implementation.
