NABCA has an immediate vacancy for an Admin Intern. The Admin Intern provides administrative support for NABCAs front desk, meetings, data team and other duties as assigned. Duties: – Covers the front desk as needed and transfers calls to appropriate people. - Answers phones and greet guests warmly. - Assists with the execution of office events; printing materials, coordination of food and room set-up. - Operates office machines, such as copiers and scanners, facsimile machines, telephones and computers. - Schedules conference calls and meetings as needed. - Assists in filing duties. - Sorts and distributes incoming mail and delivers outgoing mail. - Restocks workrooms with supplies. - Performs data entry and MemberMax clean-up as needed. - Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
