The internship program provides interns with valuable business and leadership experience. The objective is to prepare college students for entry into Human Resources by providing a thorough understanding of various functions within our company. The HR Intern will: Learn HR department and bank policies, procedures, and processes. Understand and comply with confidentiality requirements. Understand ethics, compliance and business conduct issues pertaining to the banking industry. Specific duties may include: Providing administrative support to the HR department. Pulling reports from HR systems as requested, for analysis, data entry, and other reporting requests. Assist in special projects & assignments as requested by supervisor. Assists in recruitment activities and special projects. Knowledge and Skills Exhibits exceptional verbal, written and interactive communication skills Demonstrates effective research tactics; good organizational skills Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
