Looking for motivated and driven Sales man to inspect the exterior and interior of homes to recognize Hail, Wind and Storm damage. You will perform detailed reports of damage including measurements, location, pictures and any other minor and major details needed. Training is done on site and in the field and if you can move at a steady pace and retain knowledge about this field of work you will make it far. Canvassing for your own leads is mandatory, this means at times going door to door and walking through neighborhoods. Customer communication along with respect is a must in this field of work and being timely and professional will make or break your performance and success. Other details of job include but are not limited to checking on job sites, running material, before and after the walk through with photos of jobs site, ensuring quality of work performed, completing as well as ensuring accurate completion of paperwork with homeowners, and walking through details throughout the build with homeowner. Responsibility ? Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. ? Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer"s relationships. ? Reach out to customers leads through cold calling. ? Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. ? Coach, train and mentor your team of appointment setters. ? Work with your team Manager and Product Manager on inspection of your leads. ? Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. ? Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. ? Analyze the territory/ market"s potential, track sales and status reports. Requirements ? Bachelor"s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field. ? Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. ? Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. ? Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. ? Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. ? Ability to create and deliver presentation tailored to the audience needs. TRAINING: We Will Provide regardless of your experience: How to identify damage that adjusters look for, how to interact with homeowners/customers.
