Your career is what you make it, and the same goes for Brunswick"s Leadership Development Program (LDP). Equal parts strategy and execution, the LDP internship offers a 10-week window into General Management, working alongside our executive leaders to address a variety of business issues and/or opportunities. Through experiential learning, interns build upon existing leadership, strategic and project management skills by participating in impactful projects in strategy, business development, marketing, and other functional areas. Along the way, LDP interns are provided networking opportunities across multiple divisions across the US. LDP interns are evaluated throughout the summer and will ultimately be considered for full-time LDP positions. The LDP is sponsored directly by Brunswick"s Vice President of Strategy and closely monitored by Brunswick"s executive leadership team. In addition to your on-the-job learning experiences, you will also be encouraged to join your cohort for our quarterly programming event that takes place in the summer to provide exposure to another division/location. Responsibilities: ? Managing and/or participating on project teams. ? Evaluating performance and productivity. ? Analyzing accounting and financial data. ? Researching and identifying growth opportunities. ? Developing and implementing growth strategies. ? Generating reports and giving presentations. ? Making recommendations to our leadership team(s).
