Hello, I am seeking a part time assistant to relieve me of my hectic work schedules, though most of the work can be done virtually if you wish. The job tasks encompass a mix of administrative and personal duties, including, but not limited to answering company phones and transferring lines to the appropriate party, making calls and booking appointments (phone to be provided), typing documents and proposals, dropping off and picking up misc items, making purchases, taking inventory and running of errands. The job would be part time – up to 25 hours or so a week.
