HOURS REQUIRED: At least 14 – 18 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducting research on the phone or on-line. • Setting up college promotions with the college media. • Assisting the publicists in promoting upcoming motion pictures through the state level media (print, tv, radio). • Assisting the AEs in setting up promotions – retail, club, etc. • Mailing out informational and promotional material for promotions. • Assisting at local premier events. • Locally distributing promotional items at events, retail outlets, etc.

Responsible for assisting Marketing Managers in the development and implementation of marketing promotions, new products, and special projects under direct supervision and guidance; develops team leadership, project management, communications, analytical and problem solving skills through participation on cross functional teams. Supports Marketing Managers in reviewing marketing test results, including tracking and analyzing sales mix and financial information, assists in developing conclusions, and preparing reports of findings for management.
